Returns Policy
At HPB Ink, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 100-day returns policy for added peace of mind.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Change of Mind
If the item is simply not suitable, you are welcome to return it within 100 days. Please note that in this case, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. In these cases, Tilly and Ted will cover the return costs and arrange a refund or replacement.
Return Condition
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
